This project marks an advanced stage in the training programme we have delivered since the Association\u2019s establishment.\nThe project builds on the first phase of training, which equipped women and girls with basic sewing skills. This new phase focuses on developing the capabilities of trainees who successfully completed the initial training, helping them progress to a more specialised and professional level so they can produce a variety of garments and products that meet local market requirements.\nThrough this project, we aim to strengthen trainees\u2019 technical and production skills and prepare them to respond to the needs of educational institutions and other organisations, particularly through the production of different types of school uniforms, alongside women\u2019s clothing, children\u2019s clothing and other products that meet community needs.\nThe launch of this new phase represents an important step from basic training towards specialised training and practical production. It will help expand employment opportunities, strengthen the capabilities of women and girls, and open new pathways for their active participation in economic life and pursuit of financial independence.\nThrough this project, we reaffirm our commitment to continuously developing our women\u2019s empowerment programmes, enhancing training quality and aligning training outcomes with market needs.
